South Korea, China and Japan to resume FTA negotiations.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol hosted a summit in Seoul with Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, marking their first joint meeting in over four years.

The leaders aimed to enhance economic cooperation, particularly through advancing negotiations for a free trade agreement (FTA). They committed to formalising their collaboration by regularly holding trilateral summits and ministerial meetings and accelerating the FTA negotiations to achieve a free, fair, comprehensive, high-quality, and mutually beneficial agreement.
